As our company grows and our course offerings expand, we are always looking for quality instructors who share our training philosophy. We are interested in both full time instructors and developing a strong relationship with traveling instructors.
We focus on student understanding and retention of the material
taught in order to apply what they have learned and to perform their
tasks at work.
There is no success in rushing through material if the students are not
given the time to process the information and given a chance to ask
questions.
We do not focus on exams or promise pass rates. It is more important
that a student can apply what they have learned. If we do our jobs as
instructors, students will have the understanding necessary to do well
on exams.
