* If your organization has made arrangements to pay by check please supply a PO# and you will be invoiced. If you would like to have your organization set up to pay by check please download the Credit Application, complete and return by fax. You may be contacted for a Credit Card number to secure your registration until the credit process has been completed. Your credit card will not be charged.

Satisfaction Guarantee:
We are proud of the quality of our instructor-led public classes and have attained a high degree of customer satisfaction. If for any reason, however, you are not completely satisfied; please notify us within thirty (30) days of the class completion date. You will be rescheduled for the same class at no charge, depending on space availability, within the next twelve months. Please note: If the curriculum has been changed or updated there may be a nominal charge for the new courseware. Otherwise the student will be required to bring his/her manuals to class.
       
Cancellation Policy:
  • Payment is due upon registration and is not refundable once a confirmation has been sent declaring that the class is Ready-to-Run (RR).
  • All cancellations prior to the RR status must be submitted in writing to registrations@lantechtraining.com in order to be refunded in full, with a follow-up phone call to ensure that said e-mail has been received.
  • Once the class has become RR, any cancellations received will not be eligible for a refund.
  • The student may audit this same class anytime the class is running within the next 12 month time period.
  • The sponsoring company will be charged the full price of the course for "no shows".
  • Student substitutions are allowed from within the same organization, if approved by designated training program manager.
  • LANtech Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a public class due to under enrollment or circumstances beyond our control.
  • This cancellation policy applies to all public class offerings.
